Overview

WH244 is a BCL-xL and BCL-2 PROTAC degrader with DC 50 values of 0.6 nM and 7.4 nM, and K d values of 6.14 nM and 3.1 nM, respectively. WH244 kills cancer cells dependent on BCL-xL and BCL-2 for survival. WH244 is applicable to relevant research on leukemia.
