Nipamovir

Overview

Nipamovir is an orally active anti- HIV prodrug. Nipamovir is cleaved in vivo by glutathione and other active thiols. Nipamovir inhibits the replication of HIV-1 RF and HIV-1 92HT599 in cells, with EC 50 values of 3.64 μM and 3.23 μM, respectively. Nipamovir can be used in studies related to HIV infection .
