Overview

MBL-IN-3 (compound 72922413) is a New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1 ( NDM-1 ) inhibitor( IC 50 =54±4 μM). MBL-IN-3 is identified and shown to lower minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of Meropenem ( HY-13678 ) for a panel of E. coli and K. pneumoniae clinical isolates expressing NDM-1. MBL-IN-3 can be used for antibiotic sensitizer research.
