Overview

ST166 free acid is a inhibitor of formation of the PhoP-DNA complex with the IC 50 values of 18 and 24 μM against PhoP and MtrAC binding with DNA, respectively. ST166 free acid shows antibacterial activity against Macrobacterium marinum .
