Overview

SLF80821178 hydrochloride is an orally active inhibitor for sphingosine-1-phosphate transporter (Spns2) , that inhibits the sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) release in HeLa with an IC 50 of 51 nM. SLF80821178 hydrochloride reduces the circulating lymphocyte without affecting plasma S1P levels in mice.
