Overview

Neuraminidase-IN-20 (Compound 5i) is a potent inhibitor of mutant neuraminidase (NA) (H5N1-H274Y) ( IC 50 = 0.44 μM).Neuraminidase-IN-20 binds to the 430 cavity site of NA and disrupts the enzymatic activity of NA.
