Overview

RNB-61 is an oral active agonist of cannabinoid CB2 receptor ( CB2R ), with the K i ranging from 0.13 nM to 1.81 nM. RNB-61 has nephroprotective and/or antifibrotic effects. RNB-61 has negligible penetration into the brain.
