Rhodady C10

Overview

Rhodady C10 (Compound C10) is a dynamin I GTPase inhibitor. Rhodady C10 blocks receptor-mediated endocytosis ( IC 50 : 7 μM). Dynamin is involved in clathrin-independent endocytosis, phagocytosis, and caveolae internalization.
