TRIM

Overview

TRIM is a potent nitric oxide synthase inhibitor. TRIM inhibits mouse cerebellar nNOS and rat lung iNOS in vitro with IC 50 values of 28.2 and 27.0 µM, respectively. Antidepressant- and anxiolytic-like effects.
