Overview

SB1578 (CT-1578) is a selective JAK2 and FLT3 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 46 nM and 60 nM, respectively. SB1578 exhibits high selectivity for other kinase targets. SB1578 can be used for the study of non-oncology indication rheumatoid arthritis.
