Overview

ABC47 is a potent inhibitor of serine hydrolases . ABC47 shows IC 50 s of 0.03 and 0.1 μM for ABHD4 and ABHD3 , respectively. ABC47 plays an important role in infantile neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis research.
