Overview

AH 11110A is an α 1B -adrenoceptor antagonist, but it can't effectively distinguish between the different subtypes of alpha(1) adrenoceptors (A, B, and D), nor can it clearly differentiate between alpha(1) and alpha(2) adrenoceptors.
