Overview

ML337 is a selective and brain-penetrant negative allosteric modulator of mGlu3 , with an IC 50 of 593 nM. ML337 possesses a favorable dystrophia myotonica protein kinase (DMPK) and ancillary pharmacology profile. ML337 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
