ASP-2205

Overview

ASP-2205 is a 5-HT 2C receptor agonist (human 5-HT 2C receptor, EC 50 =0.85 nM; rat 5-HT 2C receptor, EC 50 =2.5 nM). ASP-2205 enhances the pudendal nerve-mediated urethral closure reflex through the 5-HT 2C receptor, thereby preventing urinary incontinence.
