Gemilukast

Overview

Gemilukast is an orally active and potent dual cysteinyl leukotriene 1 and 2 receptors (CysLT 1 and CysLT 2 ) antagonist, with IC 50 s of 1.7, 25 nM for human CysLT 1 and CysLT 2 , respectively. Gemilukast is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
