YDR1

Overview

YDR1 is an orally active and selective SMARCA2 PROTAC degrader. YDR1 selectively inhibits the growth of various cancer cells and suppresses tumor growth in mouse xenograft models. YDR1 can be used for the research of SMARCA4 -mutant lung cancer . (Pink: SMARCA2 ligand ( HY-44012B ); Blue: Cereblon ligand ( HY-W087383 ); Black: linker ( HY-168218 )).
