PPARα/δ agonist 3

Overview

PPARα/δ agonist 3 (Compound 8) is the orally active agonist for PPAR , that activates PPARα , PPARδ and PPARγ with EC 50 s of 5.6, 3.4 and 1278 nM, respectively. PPARα/δ agonist 3 exhibits anticholestatic activity in mouse ANIT- or CDCA ( HY-76847 )-induced cholestatic liver disease models.
