LXQ-87 is an oral noncompetitive inhibitor of PTP1B with an IC 50 of 1.061 μM, showing hypoglycemic activity. LXQ-87 alleviates insulin resistance and promotes cellular glucose uptake, making it useful for research on type 2 diabetes.
