Overview

MCG-02 is the inhibitor for cruzain (CRZ) and cathepsin L-like protease (CATL) , that inhibits the CRZ in Trypanosoma cruzi and CATL in Trypanosoma brucei with the IC 50 0.2 μM and 0.02 μM.
