Overview

Antituberculosis agent-13 (Compound 11) inhibits Mycobacterium tuberculosis , that inhibits Mtb wildtype and mutated strains with IC 50 of 4-62.5 nM. Antituberculosis agent-13 exhibits anti-leukemia activity that inhibits MOLM-13 with IC 50 of 3.8 μM.
