Overview

Jun13296 is an orally active quinoline SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease inhibitor ( IC 50 = 0.13 µM, K i = 8.8 nM). Jun13296 exhibits potent inhibition against SARS-CoV-2 variants and Nirmatrelvir ( HY-138687 )-resistant mutants. Jun13296 improves lung viral titers, and prevents lung tissue damage in a SARS-CoV-2 infection model.
