Overview

Antibacterial agent 241 is a histidine kinase ( HK ) inhibitor, with IC 50 values of 14 μM and 238 μM for CckA and PhoQ, respectively. Antibacterial agent 241 shows moderate antibacterial activity against E. coli DC2, Bacillus cereus, and Bacillus subtilis, with a MIC range of 12-74 μg/mL.
