ZD 2138

Overview

ZD 2138 is a selective 5-lipoxygenase ( 5-lipoxygenase ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 20-50 nM. ZD 2138 inhibits cytokine-induced rolling and adhesion of leukocytes on bovine aortic endothelial cells. ZD 2138 is applicable to research related to inflammatory diseases such as acute asthma.
