PARL-IN-2

Overview

PARL-IN-2 (Compound 14) is a covalent inhibitor of the mitochondrial intramembrane protease PARL with an EC 50 value of 0.16 μM. PARL-IN-2 leads to a robust activation of the PINK1/Parkin pathway. PARL-IN-2 promotes PINK1/Parkin -dependent mitophagy .
