ALEPH hydrochloride

Overview

ALEPH (hydrochloride) is the h5-HT 2A and h5-HT 2B partial agonist with the EC 50 values of 10.3 nM and 19.2 nM, respectively. ALEPH (hydrochloride) causes head twitch response in mice ( ED 50 : 0.80 mg/kg).
