Overview

KF-52 is a phosphofructokinase-1 ( PFK1 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 2.1 μM. KF-52 significantly increases the ratio of oxygen consumption rate (OCR) to extracellular acidification rate (ECAR). KF-52 is applicable to research related to mitochondrial dysfunction.
