Overview

MAO-B-IN-38 (Compound 6b) is a reversible and competitive MAO-B inhibitor, with IC 50 values of 0.03 and 21.46 µM for MAO-B and MAO-A , respectively. MAO-B-IN-38 can be used for the research of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
