Overview

Antiviral agent 66 (Compound 60) is the inhibitor for Filovirus , that inhibits pseudotyped virus of Ebola, Marburg, Zaire, Sudan, Bundibugyo, Reston and Tai Forest with EC 50 s of 0.16, 2.24, 0.16, 0.89, 0.21, 0.21 and 0.11 μM, respectively.
