Overview

JNK1 ligand-1 (Compound P1) is a selective JNK1 inhibitor. JNK1 ligand-1 can be used as a JNK1 ligand to synthesize a series of PROTAC molecules, such as PROTAC JNK1-targeted-1 ( HY-170601 ). PROTAC JNK1-targeted-1 can be used for the research of pulmonary fibrosis.
