FEKAP is a brain-penetrant and selective kappa opioid receptor ( KOR ) agonist ( K i = 0.43 nM) which isotope labeled form exhibits excellent imaging properties. 11 C-FEKAP can be utilized as a radiotracer for imaging KOR.
