Overview

3′-Azido-2′,3′-dideoxy-GTP (AZddGTP) is a selective telomerase inhibitor with a K i value of 1.5 μM. 3′-Azido-2′,3′-dideoxy-GTP can be incorporated into the 3′-terminus of DNA by telomerase . 3′-Azido-2′,3′-dideoxy-GTP inhibits telomerase activity in HeLa cells in vitro.
