Deulumateperone is a deuterium labeled Lumateperone ( HY-17637 ). Lumateperone is the orally active 5-HT2A receptor antagonist ( K i = 0.54 nM) and the modulator for dopamine receptor that exhibits antipsychotic and antineoplastic activities.
