Overview

Rhod-FF tripotassium is a Rhod-2 derivative and cell-impermeant calcium indicator ( K d of 320 μM). Rhod-FF tripotassium indicates calcium concentration by fluorescence upon binding to calcium ions, with excitation at 552 nm and emission at 580 nm.
