Overview

SPB07935 inhibits the plasmepsin II in Plasmodium falciparum and can be used as an antimalarial agent. SPB07935 regulates the life cycle of P. falciparum , inhibits the growth of Plasmodium strains FcB1 and 3D7 with IC 50 of 8 μM and 4.7 μM.
