Overview

FCOB02 is a monoamine oxidase B ( MAO-B ) ligand. FCOB02 can be labeled as [18F]FCOB02, a 4-methylcoumarin-like targeting probe. [18F]FCOB02 has a high affinity for MAO-B with an IC 50 of 10.68 nM. [18F]FCOB02 can be used in specific MAO-B imaging as well as quantitative analysis in vivo.
