Overview

Ferroptosis-IN-19 (compound C18) is a strong cellular ferroptosis inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 0.097 μM. Ferroptosis-IN-19 shows high metabolic stability and favorable BBB permeability prediction. Ferroptosis-IN-19 has in vivo neuroprotection against ischemic brain injury in mice.
