Overview

Aβ1–42 aggregation inhibitor 3 (Compound 3b) is an acetylcholinesterase ( AChE ) and butyrylcholinesterase ( BuChE ) inhibitor ( IC 50 values are 1.634 and 0.0285 μM, respectively). Aβ1–42 aggregation inhibitor 3 can inhibit the aggregation of Aβ 1-42 . Aβ1–42 aggregation inhibitor can be used in Alzheimer's disease (AD) research.
