Overview

Valacyclovir (Valaciclovir) is an orally active antiviral agent for herpes simplex, herpes zoster, and herpes B. Valacyclovir inhibits HSV-1 W ( 50 =2.9 μg/ml). Valacyclovir is a proagent of Aciclovir ( HY-17422 ) .
