Overview

Muscarinic M4 modulator-1 is a Muscarinic M4 receptor positive allosteric modulator. Muscarinic M4 modulator-1 activates the muscarinic M4 receptor with allosteric potency EC 50 s of 14 and 3 Nm in CHO-K1 cells and HEK293 cells. Muscarinic M4 modulator-1 has an antipsychotic-like activity, promising for psychiatric and/or neurological disorders research.
