Emtricitabine - 13 C, 15 N 2 (BW1592- 13 C, 15 N 2 ) is a 13 C- and 15 N-labeled Emtricitabine ( HY-17427 ). Emtricitabine is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor ( NRTI ) with an EC 50 of 0.01 μM in PBMC cell. It is an antiviral agent for the treatment of HIV infection .
