Tazarotene

Overview

Tazarotene could propel either early or late portions of the period leading to differentiation and G0 arrest and is interchangeable with RARalpha-selective ligand. Also, it is a derivative of retinoic acid. Tazarotene is a third-generation prescription topical retinoid that is primarily used to treat plaque psoriasis and acne and is also used to treat photoaged and photodamaged skin.
