Overview

Antitoxoplasmal agent-1 (Compound 4) is an antiparasitic agent. Antitoxoplasmal agent-1 has strong activity and selectivity against T. gondii , with an IC 50 of 3.1 μM. Antitoxoplasmal agent-1 also has certain activity against L. major amastigotes, with an EC 50 of 23.3 μM. Antitoxoplasmal agent-1 can be used in the research of parasite-related diseases.
