Overview

5-HT 2A R-IN-1 (Compound Ie) is an orally active 5-hydroxytryptamine 2A receptor ( 5-HT 2A R ) inhibitor with antidepressant efficacy. 5-HT 2A R-IN-1 reduces 5-HT 2A R expression and SERT protein levels. 5-HT 2A R-IN-1 is promising for research of central nervous system (CNS), such as depression and addiction-related disorders.
