MPO-IN-9

Overview

MPO-IN-9 is a selective inhibitor of myeloperoxidase ( MPO ), with an IC 50 value of 3.9 nM. MPO-IN-9 inhibits MPO-mediated ROS production and protects NO-dependent vascular function by blocking MPO's chlorination and peroxidation cycles. MPO-IN-9 can be used for the study of diseases such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
