Overview

IP receptor agonist 1 (compound 6c-14S) is an orally active I prostanoid receptor agonist, with an IC 50 of 0.15 μM for inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by ADP (HY-W010918,300 μM) in rabbit platelet-rich plasma. IP receptor agonist 1 can be used for study of Pulmonary arterial hypertension.
