Overview

Omidenepag (UR-7276), a pharmacologically active form of Omidenepag Isopropyl, is a selective, non-prostanoid EP2 receptor agonist, with an EC 50 of 1.1 nM. Omidenepag shows binding affinities ( IC 50 ) 10 nM for h-EP2 . Omidenepag is used in research on diseases related to intraocular pressure.
