Overview

Antiviral agent 69 (Compound L2) is a capsid protein residue THR155 -targeting inhibitor of phytoviral intercellular traffic. Antiviral agent 69 has an excellent antiviral activity against Potato virus Y (PVY) with an EC 50 of 128.10 μg/mL for inactivation effect. Antiviral agent 69 effectively decreases viral accumulation in host plant Nicotiana benthamiana , promising for novel pesticide research and development.
