Overview

11β-HSD1-IN-24 (Compound 10l) is a potent and selective 11β-HSD1 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.5 nM. 11β-HSD1-IN-24 can effectively block the conversion of inactive Cortisone ( HY-17461 ) to active Cortisol ( HY-N0583 ). 11β-HSD1-IN-24 can be used for the research of metabolic disease , such as type 2 diabetes.
