Overview

HIV-1-IN-88 (compound 20a) is a potent HIV‑1 protease inhibitor ( IC 50 = 10 pM) with an antiviral EC 50 of 10.4 nM. HIV-1-IN-88 exhibits potency against the multidrug-resistant variants HIV-1 Muta and HIV-1 I50V with EC 50 values of 30.0 and 34.3 nM, respectively. HIV-1-IN-88 can be used for HIV research.
