Overview

DHAD-IN-2 (compound 6ag) is a potent dihydroxy acid dehydratase ( DHAD ) inhibitor with a K D of 20 μM. DHAD-IN-2 demonstrates over 85% control effectiveness against Eclipta prostrata , Amaranthus retroflexus , and Setaria viridis at a dosage of 150 g ai/ha, while also showing safety for rice. DHAD-IN-2 can be used for herbicide research.
